Join UVLT and Ascutney Outdoors for a fun day of riding (or hiking) and habitat restoration at Ascutney Trails. We'll spend the morning riding and hiking the trails to get to areas with high densities of invasive plants (honeysuckle, buckthorn, and barberry). Once there we will remove them in order to increase the health and biodiversity of the forest for all critters.  All abilities of riders and hikers welcome.

When we're done, we'll head back to the warming hut for a celebratory cookout! UVLT and Ascutney Outdoors will provide leaders for each group of riders and hikers , as well as food and beverages for the cookout! Please come with your own drink for while we're working as well as a pair of work gloves for pulling shrubs. To register for this event, please contact Alison Marchione at alison.marchione@uvlt.org or 603-643-6626.
