We are all excited about this upcoming winter at Ascutney Trails, especially now that we have a rope tow to allow lift-served skiing and riding once again. We have some projects for this fall, and If you haven't seen it yet, we have an awesome warming hut at the base of the rope tow.
To help with our fall projects, we’ll be having workdays beginning October 2nd. We will be fixing up the warming hut: painting it inside and out, putting in flooring, windows and some fun decorative touches. We’ll also be clearing trails, and further preparing the area for the winter season.
Work days will be held on the following days from 8am – 4pm:
Sunday Oct. 2nd
Saturday Oct. 15th
Saturday Nov. 5th
Sunday Nov. 13th
Please bring work gloves, trail clearing tools (loppers, weedwhackers, chainsaws etc), paint brushes and any other tools that you think will help. If you can't make it on the work day but wish to help out, we welcome homemade goodies and refreshments for the workers!
Come join the community as we continue to bring our mountain back alive with activities!
